Plywood Application

 ·  Furniture Wardrobe – Melamine plywood is the main choice of furniture board to make a wardrobe, especially for some customized color and size.

 ·  Kitchen Cabinet – Melamine-faced plywood is also used for the kitchen cabinet.

 ·  For Door and Floor – Thin melamine laminated plywood can be used to paste on the MDF/HDF to make doors or floors.

 ·  Other Indoor Decoration – Such as customized bed, desk, TV cabinet, Shoe cabinet, etc.

 

Production Workshop

1. We have 79 hot press machines to produce melamine paper faced plywood panels.

2. Our engineers are with more than 10 years of experience in the plywood lamination industry.

3.  We use the modern high-speed hot press machine and can produce more than 100,000 sheets of melamine plywood per day.

4.  Our melamine-coated plywood workshops use natural gas to supply power to the machine. The quality is much more steady than normal firewood.

 

Package & Delivery Information

1. Packing data

1)  Inner packing: The melamine plywood is packed by pallet which is wrapped with a 0.2mm plastic bag inside.

2) Outer packing: The Pallet is cover with a protective panel (plywood, fibreboard of carton) and then PVC/steel tapes for strength.

3)  One 20GP can load 8 pallets and one 40GP can load 16 pallets of melamine coated plywood.

2. Delivery Time

1)  Sample Time: 1-2 days

2)  Mass production: 10-15 days after getting the deposit.
