Impregnation technology is a very important step in producing melamine impregnated paper. Below is the information on impregnation technology.
The glue is mixed with melamine resin and urea-formaldehyde resin. The modifiers will be put into the mixed glue and stored in two acid resistance cylinders. Then the mixed glue will be delivered into the impregnation production line by pipeline after adding hardeners, wetting agents, release agents, and defoamers. The based paper is glued by urea-formaldehyde resin for the first time and dried by far-infrared. The second time the paper will be impregnated with melamine resin and dried by the desiccant.
The last step is cut by the required size after the glued paper is cooling down.
